Vanilla Chai Creamed Honey

Gingerbread & Vanilla Chai Lattes are Mrs. Roark's favorite colder weather treats. After realizing that they share similar spices Vanilla Chai Creamed Honey became Roark Acres' newest indulgence. 

Vanilla Chai creamed honey started as one of our four fall seasonal flavors & was only available until the end of the year or supplies last.  It quickly became a customer favorite and after many requests, is now available year-round! We use a scrumptious blend of spices to create the ultimate Vanilla Chai flavor profile. One is real vanilla bean. While most of our other flavors can be created in one day, Vanilla Chai takes an extra day to make sure that the vanilla bean deeply penetrates the honey giving it the warm & smooth vanilla taste we all love. The result is an irresistibly delicious, spreadable, no drip, treat. 

It tastes amazing in hot chocolate, on a graham cracker, in oatmeal, really anything. It even tastes great on a spoon! Mrs. Roark likes it in a cup of tea or warm milk.  It tastes great over a gingerbread cookie as well. 

Creamed honey is one of the finest beehive products available. It has a mild flavor, spreads like butter at ordinary room temperature, and unlike liquid honey, it doesn’t drip. Creamed honey is actually crystallized or granulated honey. Well-made creamed honey possesses a creamy texture because the crystallization process has been precisely controlled. Creamed honey is made from natural ingredients so expect some variation in this product.
