Spring Harvest is light in color. It has a sweet and floral flavor profile, sourced from Oklahoma wildflowers and clover. More ”traditional” in flavor; spring harvest is considered your "regular" honey. Available in 3oz or 22oz jars.

Fall Harvest is much darker in color & thicker to pour. It is not as sweet as spring. It tastes warm, buttery, and nutty. It reminds us of buttered pecan. Tastes like fall in a bottle! Available in a 22oz jar.
