Since they dry quickly and easily, Swedish dishcloths are less likely to harbor bacteria. So, wash them only when necessary. Swedish Dishcloths can be cleaned in the washing machine or in the top rack of the dishwasher. Alternatively, they can be boiled or microwaved (when damp) for one minute.
