*Spring Harvest is light in color. It has a sweet and floral flavor profile, sourced from Oklahoma wildflowers and clover. More ”traditional” in flavor; Spring Harvest is considered your "regular" honey.

*Fall Harvest is much darker in color & thicker to pour. It is not as sweet as Spring. It tastes warm, buttery, and nutty. It reminds us of Buttered Pecan. Like fall in a bottle! And it does taste fantastic on ice cream!
