In need of a quick, easy, beautiful, and delicious dish to bring to this year's holiday celebration? Make a bowl of Holiday Cranberry Honey Butter! With its bright colors and flavor, this butter makes a perfect addition to the holiday feast! Spread over your breakfast pastries or on fresh rolls for a delightful treat!
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
¼ cup Okie Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt, to taste
Hand or stand mixer
Large Mixing Bowl
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Serving dish

Leave butter out to soften until it reaches room temperature. If you’re crunched for time, microwave it in 5 second intervals, flipping each time until it’s soft enough to leave a large indent when pressed.
In a large mixing bowl add butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Use your spatula along the edges of the bowl to help ensure the mixture is fully combined.
Add in your cranberry sauce gradually. Blend mixture until smooth and creamy.
Transfer your butter mixture to your dish or container and chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes to allow the flavors to fully incorporate.
That’s it! Serve with your dinner rolls or your favorite pastry in the morning!
Store up to two weeks in the fridge.
